Exploring the northern peninsula

We booked another night at Punsand bay so we could relax and explore around a little. We spent most of the day at the campsite, having a sort of sleep in then we got access to the wifi at the restaurant so Gaz could email some things for work. Sam and I went for another swim in the pool and Dylan came to join us.

Then we went for a drive to loyalty beach to see if we could catch up with Paul, Jeff and Rhiannon and also just to have a look. They weren't there so we went out to Seisia wharf for a look.

We pulled into the meat processing place on the road to see if we could pick up some local meat but they had sold out so we went to Seisia supermarket (cheaper than Bamaga) where we managed to get some steaks that had come from the meat processing place anyway! Prob just at supermarket prices. We picked up a few more items then went back to the campsite.

Gaz got a fire going early and we ended up having an earlier dinner of steaks on the grill, potatoes, corn, carrot and broccoli.

We had worked out how to hook the iPad up to the radio and had an awesome 90's music playlist going. It was a lovely relaxing last night up in the northern peninsula.
